Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights Launches WhatsApp Chatbot

The Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) has launched a WhatsApp chatbot to help individuals with registering complaints. This initiative was announced by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and is the first of its kind in the country. It is expected to make the process of registering complaints easier and more efficient.  The chatbot will be able to respond to queries from users and help them navigate the complaint registration process. Users can also use the chatbot to access information about the DCPCR and its activities. Furthermore, the chatbot is able to direct users to the appropriate government department for their complaints. This initiative is part of the Delhi government's efforts to streamline the processes for registering complaints and making them more accessible to the public. The chatbot is available for both Android and iOS users. All users need to do is add the DCPCR's WhatsApp number to their contacts and start the conversation. Once the conversation is initiated, the chatbot will provide options for the user to choose from. The chatbot is designed to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The DCPCR is also working on developing an app that will allow users to register complaints directly. This app is expected to be launched in the near future. The chatbot launched by the DCPCR is a step in the right direction toward making the process of registering complaints easier and more efficient. It is expected to benefit both the government and the public and make the process of registering complaints smoother.
