Fortnite Chapter 6 Unveils Godzilla, New Content, and Pricing Changes Ahead of Highly Anticipated Launch

The latest update for Fortnite has exciting new content coming with Chapter 6. This new chapter introduces a renowned creature, Godzilla, as well as a host of additional features that players will surely enjoy.

Beginning on December 1, Chapter 6 will showcase Godzilla roaming a newly designed map inspired by Japan. The trailer for Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1: Hunters reveals numerous smaller, Japan-themed adversaries alongside fresh weaponry for players, including samurai swords. The update will furthermore introduce the inclusion of Baymax from Big Hero 6.

In a recent announcement, there will be modifications to the Fortnite Battle Pass system, marking a price increase for the standard pass for the first time. Previously available for 950 V-Bucks, the price will rise to 1,000 V-Bucks starting December 1.

The cost of V-Bucks in real currency remains the same, with 1,000 V-Bucks available for $8.99 on the Epic Games Store.
Players still have the opportunity to collect V-Bucks by achieving specific levels in the Battle Pass.
Additionally, the price of the 25 Battle Pass Reward Bundle is being reduced from 1,850 to 1,800 V-Bucks.

These updates come ahead of the eagerly awaited introduction of Fortnite OG: Chapter 1 – Season 1, set for December 6.
